Hemandez v. Texas is one of the great civil rights cases in U.S history. In the 1950s Mexican American often did not have the same right as Anglos. After Pete Hemandez kill Joe Espinosa. Gus Gareia takes the case. Gorcia and Carlos Cadena prepare their argument for the Supreme Court. His drinking and spending make the team nerrous, yet Garcia shines in front of Latinos Production credits for the television program.The landmark legal case Hernandez v.
